Orival Pessini (6 August 1944 – 14 February 2016) was a Brazilian actor, comedian, and clown. He was best known for creating and playing iconic characters on Brazilian television, such as the clown Fofão, the alien Zé do Caixão, and the funny old lady Dona Candida. He began his career as a clown in the circus, but later moved to television, where he achieved great success. Pessini was known for his ability to transform himself into different characters, using makeup and costumes to create unforgettable performances. He also worked as a voice actor, dubbing foreign films and TV shows into Portuguese. He passed away on February 14, 2016, at the age of 71 due to lung cancer.
